Situated in a tranquil corner of the Ironbridge Gorge, Shropshire, the home to the Industrial Revolution and 10 award winning museums that host a variety of activities throughout the year including The Ludgate Finance Queen Victoria Cyclocross, where some of the best cyclists from around the country take part in some unusual and formidable challenges across the recreated Victorian town.
Located on NCN 55 and NCN 45 giving you immediate access to dedicated cycle networks from your accommodation, plus the rolling Shropshire countryside surrounds the area including the spectacular giants mountain known as The Wrekin for those adventurous cyclist. We are also located less than 30 minutes from Newport, the home to the famous Nocturne cycle race which is an annual event.
We have a great selection of pubs/restaurants and cafes within a 5 min walk serving superb food with CAMRA real ales and close by to Much Wenlock, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury and Ludlow if you fancy venturing a little further afield.
